They confirmed he was coming a while ago. Probably just waiting to catch up on Gwen since she keeps getting delayed before they start soliciting him. And with the new movie releasing I'm betting they are going to show something from that too. Frankly I wish they would have done one of the villains from ITSV since the only figure that exists for any of them is the Scorpion from the cheap Hasbro kids line.

After Gwen releases it will be: Spider-man noir, ATSV Miles, ATSV Gwen, ASTV Miguel, then if we are lucky patel Spidey or Spider Punk

Also Spider - Ham will be paired with gwen again in Beyond the spider verse so u have to double dip on gwen

Oh yea he does. Forgot they even made him because that Legends was a letdown since it didn't really have any of the animated styling to the sculpt. I would really like a figure of Liv the most. I'm glad they at least made The Spot from the sequel though. I bought him immediately and use him as the villain with that Scorpion to go against my SVA Peter and Miles.

For the body, just stylistic choice. He looks similar in a few scenes, but gets ultra roided looking during the action
For the suit, the only real reason they changed it is just so they could give Miles a way to beat him by super charging his electricity

That makes sense I guess. When the first trailer came out that showed him attacking Miles, I figured there was going to be a whole twist that showed it was a different Miguel who was evil and the one from the end of the first movie would show up.
