If junkbots were lego minifigures:

>Open pacakge
>you get 2 torsos, 1 central leg piece, 2 legs, 3 left arms, 4 hands, 2 heads
>You put it together
>1 of the hands keeps fallign off because it won't stick
>pick up the minifigure
>the legs fall off
>try to move the arms (of which there were only left ones so one of the arms is facing the wrong way)
>the arms fall off

>Open another one
>all parts are there, +10 hands, but the head is missing
>put it together
>none of the joints pop in, the holes are way bigger than the things that are supposed to go into the holes
>breathe in it's general direction and it falls apart

I bought 3 and had no issues with them, but i only messed with building with them a little bit, I mainly purchased them as accessories and bits for dioramas. Having lights, light tubes and light up things like computer monitors and radios along with a bunch of trash and chains and rats is a great parts pack for almost anything. I also think their hybrid cardboard/plastic playsets look very neat but don't have the space for them.

They would be so much better if they were anything but posable statues. They need playsets, places, vehicles, be smaller. The MCU is by now bigger than Star Wars was during the episode IV days
ML should be as revolutionary as kenner star wars was, they took luke Skywalker and modeled everything designed to fit him, his friends and enemies.

Hasbro needs to calculate the perfect size for, idk spiderman/cap/ironman and shape an entire toyline around it. Start from scratch. NWH and Gotg3 serve as perfect dropping points for the franchise so everything about "old marvel" is pretty much done. They need to start from scratch.

I know LEGO already exists to fit that "ever expanding functional system" but some people really need to play with something more than a few geometrical shapry pieces to feel the power of Ironman btfoing Thanos purple ass. Marvel toys need to combine the immense play value of lego with the looks of they already good looking (but sterile) action figures

I bought one of these after seeing them on walmart clearance shelves today, after I'd already seen this thread. This is the guy I got, it showed that he was supposed to come with many more parts, much DIFFERENT parts, and he didn't even come with a fourth skateboard wheel. This is all I was able to make. I hate my robot child, but I can not come to terms with killing him. Very loose joints, I am surprised he stands at all.

I bought so many directly from their site or amazon, I had some of the original gen ones and the ones where they started adding extra joints. If they made them maybe 20% larger, I think they could have had something a lot better. They were just so small and fragile, the sockets for the ball joints had barely any depth and wore out so quickly. It really is a shame because the idea of a "right off the sprues" character that is fully jointed, but minimal and comes with loads of accessories was very cool.
