>>10474272Really, I think it comes down to the fact that people just wanted a decent Keaton Batman figure. Up until this year the only decent one in a sixish inch scale was the NECA that goes for rape prices nowadays. This year we saw the Mezco come out with middling to low reviews, and the McFarlane which, while not accurate to the 89 film, was close enough that it satisfied most people. And then to top it off you had a lot of people who just got it to go with the Batmobile, that's what I did. I originally was going to pair it up with my NECA Keaton, and while that figure does look great with the Batmobile, i didn't want to leave him displayed in the car, so I ended up getting the McF to sit in the actual car on display.
