Found a stack of these Jet Man Video CD's at the local Trisha Store a few years ago. Through them in with my Vidya games and fogot about them until the other day when I was digging around.
Are These the original Power Rangers ?
What am I in for ?

They are still sealed, I was never into Japan Speedy Colors Ultra Fight TV show.

they're my favorite sentai team, would have been the original MMPR but they held off and made a shitzillion dollars with zyuranger instead, great music and story, i believe it's supposed to be derivative of gatchaman

I don't know if I can play them, do they not work inside a lap top CD Player ? I suppose I might have to buy something on Ebay to play them ?

The one that made it over to US first was actually the 16th series of Super Sentai, the source footage material for the Power Ranger series. Currently in the 47th. God I feel old...

I don't think it would have mattered much. The core elements were well established at that point in Sentai so the hook would be the same. The story side not that it mattered were added by the Americans anyway. I do give it to Zyuranger that it was right about then that the Zords designs got really really good. It was mostly collection of cubes before.

Unlikely but possible. You can find old DVD players with VCD functionality.

Rip them and post them on archive.org.
It's the speedy dub of Jetman, the show before Zyuranger and also the last english sentai dub done before Saban rolled in with adapting the franchise.
The only rips are VHS rips right now.
Also it's, fine? Malay english because lolspeedy. Overall a fun show.
The ORIGINAL is himitsu sentai goranger/gorenger/STAR RANGER as the english dub was called from '75.

Also you're in for smoking/drinking villians with alot of good greek tragedy, love octagons, blood and many deaths!
The show is also a huge course correction from Fiveman before it, but I personally prefer fiveman as a show.

I don't know about that (and who can really say?), Bioman looks cool enough. Robo was okay looking(still boxy), and enemies looked badass. They already got a C3PO so no need to make up one lol. Downside is no 6th ranger stuff so there's that. Maskman looks way better though so probably be the better starter if it was down to those two.

Kinda Hard to believe that VCD's were a forgotten format. They were just VHS on disc, and the only difference was the lack of DVD's menus.

All I know of are add ons for sega saturn and 3do. I've only ever seen vcds at Asian markets and restaurants mostly mixed in with karaoke and what I'm guessing are soap operas.

Sorry i have been away from the thread for a few days, been occupied with IRL stuff.
I was going to suggest, if I could rip them all and upload them on Jew Tube or Bitchute or something. So all frens here can enjoy it.
Not sure where to go about doing this.
Also. I thought I had more of these, but it seems like I might only have 3 or 4 of the CD's. Really want to KMS now, since I remember there being many more at the Trisha Store.

Honestly, looks like a CD drive and Windows Media Player will at least play them. If you can't rip them for whatever reason you can at least do a screen recording of them. Good luck anon, you're doing good stuff.
