Does anyone own the regular release William Zepelli SAS?

Mine comes with an error in the neck joint with which all the heads are loose and fall off. Is this a common error?

Amiami service is being a pain in the ass and I'm wondering if it's worth going through the procedure to get a replacement or they're going to send me a figure with the same error.
