She was only pregnant in the beginning of the film, but to explain your question, because in her universe she would be the only Spider-Man, or I should say spider woman. If she goes off the streets for the entirety of her pregnancy, do you realize what that would do to crime? It would skyrocket. Their choices for this wave were weird. I get why they made Jess but she's kind of lame without her motorcycle. They should have done a pack with that instead of the Cyborg Spider Woman who was on screen for maybe 5 seconds. I know you're being a racist either for real or for chuckles, but this kind of highlights the problem with going way too far to the side of making minorities cool and bad ass in fiction.

If you lean into it as hard as black pregnant woman running around fighting crime, you're right back to showing something racist, that is, a black woman acting like an idiot that doesn't care about her kids.

A little common sense would have went a long way. Like even giving her a mech suit or showing her use that virtual technology to fight crime at the start like the other girl, have the baby, then fight crime in person.

But whatever. I'll probably buy the figure when it hits Ross for 9.99 so I can use it for body swaps of other characters that are pregnant in their own story lines.
