The only (major) issue now is that they are made out of a soft rubber that tends to get sticky. Quick fix it just rubbing them down with a bit of baby power or cornstarch to make them smoother.
Older toys have a tendency to be leakier/other issues. He's had a view that just get pinhole leaks, which can be fixed by superglue, and certain textures/fills get dry/dryout or just dont work.
A few early figures goo has gotten a lot harder, and they made some figures with "sand" in them, and those things are as hard as a rock now.
