I was just missing the piece and I had to call Lego to sort out my issue, and man that was some fast and accurate service. I had the piece in a week. Really raised the bar for 12 year old me for how this stuff should work. Life's been on the down slope since.
Also I used to take these sets and play with them in the pool. Not just my pool, but the pool at my condo complex. Somehow I never lost a single piece. I still have the sets 100% complete today.
