Clean the piece, dry it well
Use super glue or epoxy, I would only go for epoxy if superglue fails to work. Use a single tiny dot and press the pieces together for a minute of two

NTA, but mixing talcum powder into super glue helps the bond strength. I'm guessing ash might do the same, but because it is darker, it will make the glue less visible on something dark like the necklace in OP.
