The saban era was terrible, but it sold toys. Saban swindled his way onto nickelodeon and sold tons of hard plastic basic figures. Saban definitely made children love power rangers and that saved the brand, even if collector product was bad.

Hasbro chose to focus on the adult market which caused kids to hate the brand. Tv collapsed due to streaming so the shows home basically died. This made beast morphers and dino fury product shelfwarm.

The lightning collection released, but it might as well be online exclusive. Theres like 3 waves a year and everything else is an exclusive.

Then pinless tried to save the line but every male pinless figure has a qc issue. It doesn't make any sense since all pinless marvel figures are fine.

Still not as bad a gi joes sales though. Haslab exclusive brand.
