A remember during my early collecting days, id plan to stock up on Godzilla and Kong. But i could never settle because the designs never appealed to me. I found picrel once but it only looked good from the side. Still dont have a good zilla or kong to call my own

Those new Star Trek figures broke my heart. If they’d been the exact same level of detail, but at 1/12th scale, I would’ve bought them (minus the woke Discovery shit). But no, they had to make them 5” and they don’t even match up stylistically with the 90s 5” line. Playmates’ takeaway will be that Star Trek doesn’t sell, not that the form factor was completely undesirable.
