It's remarkable how many Kingdom beast repaints we got with mutant heads. But Rhinox? So maligned they didn't bother.
Speaking of recolors, with all the JP Beast Wars Again stuff, any ideas of how I can headcanon other figures as being Diaclone beasts? I know in the original Diaclone line there was a plot point about Waruders dropping live-ass dinosaurs to attack people so that finds a purpose for all the dinos.

With the proper head this time, too. They went through the trouble of making an alternate head for Megs only to never use it, and it's obvious from the box render and his silver 'lipstick' that it was intended for T-Wrecks.

Never happening, people hated the mold and it also shelfwarmed. At best they might shove him into a buzzworthy pack, but there's no way they release it any other way.

Meanwhile, Armada Optimus possibly has some of the best reception a figures gotten in years, so we might get a repaint out of it (personally, I want a show accurate powering repaint, giving him the primal colorscheme was great).

It was repurposed for Shattered Glass Primal so Im expecting to see it there. (But I thought the repurposed toys for SG were fucking awful and the worst SG choices so I hope he just gets a gen selects. They should do Universe Razorclaw to go with him.

What frustrates me is... his arm colors are reversed.
They made the green, which is normally his inner robot arms, into the outer armor, and the red, his shell arms, into the outer.
He'd look a lot better if they used the red like actual armor.
the colors are all there, they just don't seem placed in a way that says "bludgeon"

Reading the TFWiki page for the Energon cartoon made me furious, it's "criticisms" section is borderline libel. Almost every single thing that it says is either attributing the dub's failings to the real show, not understanding the show's themes (arguably a fault of watching the dub too), or outright self-contradictory. Like for example when it brings up how many of the Decepticons got killed and reincarnated as totally different personalities, and that this somehow robbed them of their character arcs... while glossing over that all of them had their character arcs completed BY sacrificing themselves. Like, they literally did have their arcs completed. Not being happy about the reincarnations is the point, it's fucking meant to come off as perverse and disrespectful to the original characters; it's all in the name of building Galvatron up as a sick and psychotic individual (who dont forget, also is a bit inconsistent with his Armada self, because HE got reincarnated himself and had his values twisted up in the process). This is even a major part of Wing Saber's character, who himself got killed and resurrected, but instead had Optimus to help remind him not to let his old heart go. Wing Saber did change after resurrection, but instead used his experience to become a more mature individual; while all the Decepticons and Scorponok got mangled into gross drones that only exist to serve Galvatron.

Anyone who ACTUALLY watched Superlink would be aware this. I fucking hate Transformers fans; Micron Legend is much more widely accepted as "Armada but good", yet Superlink still gets waved off just because the seethe over Energon was so strong. It's one of the most maturely-written shows in the franchise (not saying much but eh), and carries over all the strengths from ML's latter half. This fandom needs a goddamn mass exodus, purge the oldheads - I didn't even grow up with UT, I saw it all now very recently. Fuck.

Retards here really think this is how shit works? Rhinox maybe crap but that’s not why Hasbro won’t do another repaint at all. T30 never got repainted by Hasbro either and it was Takara that gave us the more accurate decos, as with their Kingdom repaint. It’s clear Hasbro doesn’t really give two shits about the Beast Wars fandom, otherwise we would’ve gotten Predacon Rhinox, SG repaints (Sandstorm don’t count), and any other repaints that people actually wanted like Fractyl and Cryotek. We just now getting Antagony after knowing of her via leaks from a year ago.

Armada Prime likely getting a repaint cause he’s the only Commander Class besides Menasor who’s original toy has an alternate deco, not because it’s a good figure. We ain’t got G2 Menasor happen yet so good luck with that cope.

Wow those Primal edits look great. I would buy both in a heartbeat, but that Transmetal version just pops more. I never owned a Beast Machines Primal beside the weird neon blue deluxe, so getting the BM repaint wpuld be the closest I could get affordable. Plus this mold DOES look most like Beast Machines

He's in a similar situation to a toy like leader ER Optimus, they cost more than a normal voyager so they'd have to compromise somewhere to release it without a trailer.

ER Prime's Netflix toy had many paint applications removed and both BM lacked their blast effects

Varies wildly, but most Black Convoy's tend to be clones, yes:

BW II: Black Lio was a Clone, all had those colors due to a copy machine.
Car Robots: Half clone, had some Convoy influence but was drastically different in personality and alt mode, wasn't meant ro be a Clone either, unlike most versions.

Most toy Black Convoy's are either clones or black repaints fornConvoy.

Dark Amber Lio is notable because he bucks the trend by being s new guy born inside the body of the long dead Lio Convoy AND he's not evil either.

Another weird instance is Alternity Black Convoy, an Black Convoy that was made from a dead Prime from an alternate Universe in the Dreamwave comics who gets turned into a Black Big Convoy called Nemesis Prime, then changes his name to Black Convoy and gets a car alt mode.

The Netflix show also had Nemesis be Optimus remade as a bad guy.

as a nemesis prime diehard I hate the idea of optimus being corrupted. ever since the days of scourge and eventually the MP01B I'd daydream about the creation of nemesis prime ala shadow the hedgehog. Im just generally very attached to the concept of nemesis being a seperate character in that regard. I've gone as far as coming up with his own faction of cybertronian misfits that have come to hate both sides of the conflict.

His transformation reveals more of that blue as well as some silver paint, I very much like the headsculpt with the speaker-like mouthpiece and lack of eyes but I'm just not sure where they were going with the arms.
They don't have that much clearance so you can't really get much out of them.
Looks awkward.

His robot mode lower-half is absolutely great however.
He's got waist, knees and even heel articulation so he can stand better.
His legs can look pretty dynamic, if it weren't for the strange looking torso though, he'd look great overall.

Still pretty fond of this one, it's all in the headsculpt and wolf mode for me.

I'm looking at Armada OP next to Gamer OP and Skyquake, and he kinda operates inbetween those two.
He's bigger than Gamer OP, who ppl consider to be on the larger side of modern voyagers.
He's smaller than Skyquake, idk what the general opinion is on him but I think he's one of the lighter leaders we've gotten.

My best guess is they'd dial down some paint apps but can also include a/some minor pack-in accessories(alongside the rifle).

Well that Minicon will definitely be a lil' extra. Give it the best engineering possible and either Sparkplug or Overrun (or maybe both if they could get away with that) would be the equivalent to a Core Class and be enough to justify Armada Optimus released as a Leader class without his trailer.

That's probably but not confirmed what the UNI EVO Optimus Leader listing is. JTPrime himself isn't sure what Optimus it is referring to but the EVO could be Armada since that one was released in well, EVOlution. Plus a good opportunity to make it his Mortal Combat/Optimus Primal colours to go along with the Armada Galvatron repaint.

How close are you guys to being done with your Trannyformers collection? I don’t mean ”are you guys done buying Transformers forever”, but instead are you guys close to finishing any collection/display/group yet? Does Hasbro need to still make some characters? Do you plan on stopping anytime soon?
My goal has been getting CHUG versions of the G1 Season 1-2 cast and I’m pretty darn close. Just need a couple here and there, like Ratchet, almost all the mini bots except Warpath, Bee, Cliff, and Huffer, Dirge, Ramjet, Jetfire, Rumble, Frenzy, and 3 Reflectors. I’m skipping out on all the combiner teams for now, just because it would be a shit ton of money and I’m waiting for updated versions. I don’t really have a plan once I’m done with that, maybe finishing The Movie to Season 3 teams as well, since I’m pretty far along with that as well.

AMAIM are quite tall in general thanks to their ironically much shorter than average Gundam height height that forces the kits to be at a different and bigger scale. That Kenbu in the background is the Full Mechanics kit so it's slightly taller than a Leader class. Will post pics once I wake up.

The Star Saber I have is the Kabaya Candy toy version. Essentially the same as the regular version but the peg to connect Jetstorm and Sonar together is a bit weird and the whole team is casted in normal plastic rather than clear plastic which should last longer. It feels more 'glossier' than the regular version which I still need to track down, hopefully Mandarake gets some.

Im trying to collect the 3H Botcon Beast Machines era Wreckers that have toys that aren't going to cost me an arm and a leg. This is what I have so far. I need to find Spittor, Sonar and those 3 animal weapon things. I have 3P TransArt Arcee, Primal Prime in the mail and Legacy Devcon and Transart Rattrap on Preorder. They're doing Tigatron soin and not confirmed but hopefully ApeLinq eventually.

I also have T Beast Hot Rod for Rodimus since I thought it'd be fitting since there are so many beasts in the team. But I might get a masterpiece size g1 one later or SS.

Looks like they were going for TM Cheetor, at least visually - he had the same 'two halves of the head make hands' deal going on, though they at least have him elbows. Can't fault the minicon for that, though - the only joints they tend to have are the ones required for their transformations, and most tend to be fairly simple, meaning knees and/or elbows tend to get sacrificed fairly often. Incidentally, this guy and the dinos are the ones piquing my interest in this set. Shame it's so hard to track down for a reasonable price at this point.

On mine the handle piece is about to break. The "U" part is completely cracked on one side and about to snap on the other, the plastic piece it's pinned to has always been applying too much pressure on it to the point that it was a bit difficult to move the handle between modes. I think is a matter of it being pinned slightly out of place, as my Energon Saber doesn't have that ptoblem at all.

Always wanted this mold of him - while he isn't exactly a show-accurate representation of the character (virtually none of the early BM toys matched their show models, though later ones, like the Tankor one I actually have, eventually got it right), he's still pretty badass in his own right. Might need to hunt one down now after seeing your pics.
That being said, I'm still pissed we never got a version of Jetstorm whose robot mode even remotely resembled his show appearance.

I see, it's certainly a unique choice and it does work for the minicon in its own way. It cuts a pretty cool looking silhouette with the pointed mane making up the outside of the arms.
If the arms were free to move a bit more that would really bump it up in my book.

Offer is still open if anyone is interested in me picking up a box for them, if they have any left.
The booster box comes to about $105 AUD so roughly $8-9 per each minicon in the box of 12.
Their sale ends on the 15th of this month though, not sure what they'll bump up the price to after that.

Actually, according to he old Universe comic, that specific Tankor isn't the same guy from Beast Machines at all; he's from a timeline where Scorponok survived falling into the lava in BW and had his spark ripped out and stuffed into the Tankor chassis instead of Rhinox. Fittingly, a version of Rhinox ultimately ends up killing this Tankor in the end.
That Obsidian that he's packed with, on the other hand, is indeed the same guy we already knew, but he's from the previously mentioned timeline and Tankor/Scorponok helped him murder his universe's Megatron and usurp Cybertron for himself (until the two of them were whisked out of their timeline to host Unicron's deathmatches).

Yes to the former. In the anime they're roughly 10-11m tall whereas an average Gundam height is 18m. Pic related is a 1/144 Gundam next to a 1/144 AMAIM Kenbu. As you can see the Kenbu is much smaller (thanks to its legs in a somewhat kneeling position) so they wouldn't make for good kits at 1/144, hell the one in the pic is a magazine exclusive release and it doesn't have much articulation thanks to its size. So you need to bump it up, 1/100 still wouldn't be enough since it'll be a head shorter than a 1/144 Gundam kit so instead the next bigger scale is used which is 1/72 and from there the current Kyoukai Senki model kit line towers over the 1/144 Gundam line. Full Mechanics is 1/48 and even bigger than the 1/100 Gundam line. So yeah, their smaller size necessitates bumping up the scale which makes them bigger than Gundam kits.

No, that part is confirmed in-universe when Silverbolt(BM) recognizes Obsidian. Obsidian confirms that he is indeed who Silverbolt thinks he is (unlike Tankor, who is stated to not be Rhinox, though his actual identity isn't confirmed until Ask Vector Prime), except in his and that Tankor's timeline, he killed Silverbolt and that he 'died screaming'. Obsidian and Tankor also teamed up to murder megatron where they came from (with Obsidian ruling Cybertron and Tankor becoming his right hand man/iron fist), so the duo are definitely from an alternate universe. Considering the plot of the comic and toyline is that characters aren't just getting pulled from different points in time but also from different universes entirely (for example, there's at least two Terrorsaurs in the comic, and the failed attempt to drag Crystal Widow into the Cauldron is what resulted in her getting dropped in Axiom Nexus instead), it shouldn't really be that surprising that they're from another universe as well.

Yeah that's fair, but at the same time in that hypothetical, if you asked or searched around you would probably run into at least one person who did read that one specific comic, right? Meanwhile feels like it's way harder to find people who genuinely did so with obscurer TF stuff in my experience, which comes off as odd since like, today yknow, we're living in a time where not only are people hungry for more mecha anime, but watching stuff with subs is regarded as normal vs. just a decade ago even, which made me wonder why very few recently have made the attempt to take a second look for the TF shows.

Technically, yes, they've been reprinted in several collections. But... it's complicated.
Tl;dr I've found it easiest to just download scans of the original comic releases, for both US and UK stories. If a story exists in a UK "Collected Comics" release, read it from that.

Otherwise:
In general, depending on the collection, some pages (or even entire stories) would be edited/omitted because of Marvel-owned stuff; however the latest one does include all that, so it's hopefully not a prob.
For Marvel US TF, most modern reprints were really poorly "remastered" with new colors that can tend to be worse than the originals, while using poor masters that have shit quality linework.
For Marvel UK TF, most reprints are pretty good (and even have good colorings for pages that were originally B&W), however the UK's versions of US stories are never used in reprints, so you won't see any of the slight alterations they did there for smoothing over continuity.

This also explains why the US reprints are so much worse; they're based on the original US comic issue prints, which were done on poor-quality paper. The UK comic magazines, including their reprints of US stories, were done on very nice paper and with higher-quality printing, which is why they look so nice in reprints. Why they didn't ever use the UK's versions as masters for the US stories is beyond me.

There's the kicker: as alluded earlier, many of the UK comics' pages were printed in B&W only, as full color wasn't within their budget. This lanky guy just tickles me pink, for some reason he just hits all the right buttons.
He differs from Gredator by having most of his articulation in the arms thanks to his vehicle mode as a payloader. He even gets a butterfly-like joint in his left arm which is spectacular.

Its all in the torso and up that gives him his dynamic movement.
He doesn't have too much going on in the legs but oddly enough his lower legs can pop off, just on simple pegs weirdly.
This mold seems to have been recoloured a few times so maybe theres some functionality to that I'm missing.

A joint may be a bit of an exaggeration. Gredators foot is split in half and the inner-half can be rotated backwards to provide him a heel.
It helps a ton for posing, I noticed with Chromebite it was tough to find the sweetspot to balance him. However Gredator was no problem thanks to that heel

Splendid anon, despite these Minicons not having as much utility as the Armada ones they ain't half bad. Going to have to track down them some day. Also is it possible to have both the backhoe and loader on Rockblade facing up? Seems like Rockblade could make for a decent claw arm for Optimus.

In just his standard vehicle mode I don't believe so but if you mistransform him I think you can get something going.
The actual shovel portions on both arms are limited on where they face but other parts are free to move on balljoints.
I'll check back in after I handle him some more and see where I get with it.

Check around for previous reissues if you want. The cartoon deco is neat, but they're going to charge $25 ~ $30 for a tiny and very simple G1 toy when up until now all the Insecticon reissues were multipacks. If you can find one of those for a comparable price, might just be easier or better to get that instead.

Phone battery is almost dead so I can't take a photo, but they're not compatible, the crown can rest on its head but won't plug like it does on the earthrise heads, the shoulders are too wide for the shoulderpads, by a mm or 2, right shoulder even has an effect part nipple on it making it even less compatible. cape can be plugged into the thrusters, but thats way back leaving a guge gap between the robot back and the cape.

Well I think you did a great job. At the end of the day it all comes down to personal preference and I think his mold is great.
Wouldn't mind picking up the rest of his recolours especially if they come in construction yellow or orange.

In hindsight, the construction hat should've been obvious but sometimes the little details they squeeze in surprise me on these small guys. I can barely tell the headsculpts on some of them.
I can see why the minicons where so successful at release.

Did you do that Oil Slick illustration as well? He looks amazing too with the grill making up his head.
Is that blade in the shoulder and claw hand part of the mold? they look exceptionally cool

A paint bottle would be fine, I painted mine using pic related. Just do the usual method of thinning the paint with water before handpainting the eyes with a brush.

So are you! You can vaguely have Bomb-Burst riding Iguanus in bike mode. Bomb-Burst is way more fun, but both their fun is amplified just by having Iguanus there as a buddy, I find. My Nemesis is still MIA (her tracking number had her heading towards the Midwest for some reason, and a quick phoen call confirmed there had been a mix-up in addresses; she's now en route to the correct coast, thankfully, but it means I'll have to wait a little while longer), so I'll do a quick review of this guy instead.
As I mentioned with my Armada Starscream review, I've never actually seen the show he's from, so I can't really testify to screen accuracy here.

Starting off with vehicle mode! While he really doesn't look much like any truck I've ever seen, he's still a pretty fun design - I like how his trailer actually looks like it would be useful in a fight, and his cab looks armored enough to take a few hits and keep on truckin'. The cab and trailer both roll along pretty well and can separate; the trailer has two stands that fold down from behind those big pods that can keep it upright when the cab isn't hooked up to it. It's a little sad that you can't really store anything inside the trailer itself, but it's understandable - the trailer is Prime's lower torso for his Super Mode, so there's really not a whole lot of empty space to work with.
While not shown in the instructions, it seems Prime's big gun can actually be mounted to his trailer's turret (the red bit poking out of hte front of the trailer) in this mode for a more streamlined look; from a glance at some pics of the original toy, that seems to be a much closer to the correct configuration than slapping it to the trailer's roof like the instructions (and my pic here) show.

Optimus' normal robot mode is as much a different take on the classic look as his vehicle mode - while normal Prime tends to be tall and lanky with the exception of his boxy chest, Armada Optimus is broad, beefy, and looks a bit shorter than he actually is due to how his shoulders stand a bit above his actual head. He's got some nifty skirt-armor, and only the grill of the truck is visible on his chest - his actual windshield and cab roof are on his back. His shoulders themselves have a good range of rotation - far better than Legacy Laser Prime's, as the entire thing can rotate and swing out to the sides. Prime's chest grill opens up to reveal a removable Matrix of Leadership; it's quite different from the classic one that's been included in every other Optimus released in the WFC and Legacy lines so far, and I'm assuming this is accurate to how it looks on the original show he's from. A neat little detail is that folding the Matrix chamber down reveals a second chestplate underneath with what looks like a molded Spark chamber on it, which is pretty cool (even if there's no visible Spark itself). Prime's smokestacks are mounted to the back of his wrists by default, functioning as wrist-blasters (or are they flamethrowers? That's much cooler), but they're detachable and can be mounted to his massive cannon as part of his 'Evo-Fusion' gimmick. The instructions also make note to remove the Autobot insignia from his cab's roof on his back and place it on his right bicep right below the tire; his cannon can apparently be pegged in there when not in use.
My one issue with Optimus' normal mode here is that he has no waist rotation whatsoever, but like his trailer not being hollow, this is an unavoidable concession that had to be made for his Super Mode to work. Odds are good you guys won't be displaying him in this form, anyway, so not much is lost.

His trailer's Base Mode is fairly simple - the bulk of the trailer splits in half and lie flat to the sides while the wheels in the back spin around; the gun turret (whcih vaguely resembles original G1 Prime's Combat Deck's Auto-Launcher drone, minus any grappler arms) pops up and can rotate and be angled to aim at targets; his gun can be mounted to the top of the turret for even more firepower, and there's what looks like a missle pod on the very rear of the trailer that can be angled up to bombard enemies from afar. It certainly looks cool, but there's actually very little that can be interacted with here other than the main turret - there are no A.I.R. Lock tabs anywhere on it to connect it with other recent bases, and no real ramps for Minicons to roll around on (or any Minicon prots anywhere on him at all, for that matter. Still, it's a lot more visually impressive than Earthrise Prime's Combat Deck - and unlike ER Prime, the trailer has another, far more useful and important function.

Now for the main attraction: Super Mode. Neither one hinders his mobility in any way, and I'm sure the look is accurate to the source material, but it's still a little off to me. Other than that, he looks pretty cool - the extra gold is pretty eye-catching, and his headsculpt looks awesome. he's got plenty of weapons in this mode, too - that massive cannon of his is now looks like it's a decently-proportioned pistol in the same vein as a Magnum revolver, and even though his normal robot mode's arms are now on his back, those extra weapons from his wrists can still be detached and mounted to either his gun, shoulders, or the sides of his lower legs; his trailer's rocket pod is now a cool backpack, letting him shoot missile volleys from his back, and his trailer's turret coattail thing can technically be unfolded and flexed around like a tail to aim the gun on its tip, though it looks really weird.

He's fun in all three modes, though Super Mode is most definitely the most impressive, and the mode I will probably be displaying him in (most of the time; I have a habit of transforming all of my characters every few weeks). He holds together in combined form quite tightly and has great articulation, so my initial concerns upon first hearing about him were unfounded. Even though I've never seen the source material (though I may sit down and marathon through it one of these days, when I get the time), I still find him to be quite fun, and definitely one of my favorites to come out of Legacy so far alongside Dragon Megatron; he's definitely worth tracking down.
Also, as you may have noticed, both my Nightscream and Brimstone Minicons have finally found permanent partners in Armada Prime and Megatron - not only do they fit more snugly on these two (with the help of a Lego piece as an adapter) than they did on Hotshot and Starscream, but their colors also match pretty well. Plus, they're dragons, which is badass, and it's only fitting that the two leader characters get paired with the most badass-looking Minicons ever.

Classics Nightscream, and the green one is Universe Brimstone. Nightscream is technically supposed to be from a 3-pack of Minicons called the 'Clear Skies Team', but I got mine loose from a yard sale years back (alongside Masterpiece Year of the Goat Ravage and one of the birds - not sure who, since Buzzsaw and Laserbeak were painted very similar colors for that version). Brimstone, however, was sold in an individual pack, and I found mine in a Family Dollar a while back, long before I actually started collecting Transformers again; I grabbed him because he was a cool little dragon, and he's been on one of my shelves for years now.
I've actually taken pictures of both of them before, but I never really assigned them to a permanent partner until Armada Optimus and Megs showed up.

Anyways hey man I highly recommend the show, just make sure you watch the JP with fansubs (Micron Legend); it's posted in full on youtube and other sites, or can be torrented (same goes for its sequel Super Link, which's surprisingly good; both the Armada and Energon dubs are some of the most rushed+unfinished ones in existence). Just keep in mind that ML's first 20ish episodes are pretty slow and episodic; stuff HAPPENS in them, characters are introduced and plot mcguffins swap hands frequently, but it doesn't start becoming SPECIAL until around ep 23 (I think), after which it only gets better and better, with one of the best finales in any TF show.

well from what we saw in BW, the spark chamber usually had a round door of some kind so if it's just bare silver plastic with a circular indent or something, then the door is shut! as it should be during normal operation.

Is it the black technic pin or is it something else? In my experience the technic pin technically works but isn't the best use since the ports aren't shallow enough so the Minicon connection is loose at best. Which is why I've been looking at other forms of adapters, from 3D printing to hobby kits.

Yep. The center is actually completely clear, but looks reddish pink because it's attached to a red 5mm peg. Technically, you can swap it out for the traditional G1 Matrix, which also uses a 5mm peg to clip in, but I haven't tested it to see if his chest will close with it in there.

Well, yes and no - I'm using the grey technic pin because I have no free black ones, so the connections tend to be a bit looser (the grey ones don't have the friction bits on them that the black ones do). However, they seem to work securely enough on Optimus and Megatron here - it's Starscream and Hotshot who were giving me issues before. I'm still not sure why the Armada guys didn't get proper Minicon pegs, but Animated Bulkhead somehow did.

Yeah, those guys really were weird about their sparks in general, like having them in their hips or foreheads; it carried over to beast machines as well, with the weirdest place one I can remember being Buzzsaw's spark in the palm of his right hand. How weird would it be for one of those guys to get nearly completely vaporized, only to survive because - surprise! - their spark was in their left pinky toe or something, which was unharmed during the blast? Utter madness. Also, didn't some of the TM2's actually shoot energy waves from their sparks in the show? I think I remember Dinobot II doing something like that at some point.

Once you get to companies of that size every pitch meeting is probably some executive producer quoting fake research statistics about what the market wants and then hoping and praying marketing can convince the market that the product is desired. "Kids want crocodile and lion armors that fit on different characters with the same body types" probably beat "Kids want micromaster size versions of all the beast characters because they're cute and charming; hardcore fans want them so that they can scale with robots in our normal size classes per the scenes depicted in Beast Wars." The deco appears to be primarily based on this artwork, where the stripes are exclusively on his tail. This seems to be where the translucent yellow comes from too.

Compared to this artwork, where the translucent parts have a more grayish color. I would kinda have preferred this over the dino neck being yellow.

I think the size difference was exaggerated for that scene, but yeah, proper scaling is only really possible within BW or within G1. Combining them and expecting everything to scale properly is almost impossible.
