It's crazy that a movie about a popular toy that everyone knows outsold a historical biopic about a physicist during World War II.

All the zoomers ever talk about are influential historical figures, you can't load up TikTok without seeing dozens of videos discussing the impact of the Uranium atom being split or the motivations of Kaiser Wilhelm in the lead up to WWI.

Given it's rating I'd argue it's made for children and adults alike. 13 is still a child, unless you want to be pedantic about it, and kids younger than that have both access and interest so I don't really see how you can say it's specifically for adults.

Yeah, but it has some fun moments, there's a fight between Ken's on the beach that is ridiculously over the top, and a power ballad by Ken. Plus it ends with Barbie saying she's sorry for never making her feelings clearer to Ken and leading him on. Ken discovers self worth and realizes he really just liked horses.

It's specifically for adults because I cant see it being all that fun for kids, yeah a 13 year old CAN see it but I don't see it as a movie made for them, there's some comedy but not really anything I see amusing young teens and children for 2 hours
