Hello there. I don't go here much (or at all) but I figured you guys might be my best shot at figuring this out.

I found this cutesy anime girl statue a while back and she was lacking the base to stand on (and thus not much identification to work off of). I was wondering if any of you can identify her? Thanks in advance.
