Earthspark is so underated.all the deluxes are better than legacy evolution deluxes.
There has only been 2 perfect deluxes for legacy evolution (beachcomber and prowl). Other than that everything is reuse or just bad.
There is only 1 bad earthspark deluxe (twitch has wiggly legs) and 3 good ones. The shockwave repaint is fine too.
>they look bad
Unlike legacy they haven't been turned into a bunch of fat rectangle people. The legacy deluxes are way too bulky too represent characters like prowl. Although prowl is well designed the aesthetics are off.
With the sole exception of shockwave each earthspark figure is accurate to the show.
The shows artwork only gets hate, because gen xers/millenials don't understand the more dynamic soft artstyle. Its like complaining about animated or prime not looking g1.
>why defend these figures
They are the best 20$ figures on the market. Nothing is even 20$ anymore. To provide a high quality optimus at 20$ is good for the toy industry.
