Those are called swivel hinge elbows I guess. And DST does make the shittiest figures with the worst designed articulation imaginable so I'm not at all surprised the range on those elbows is as bad as it is. But no matter what, its the clearance that is just non-existent in the lower part of the biceps right above the joints that is going to give you trouble. You'd have to dremel or carve out SO much so allow the forearm enough clearance to have good range that I don't know if there's anything that can be done to save the arms.

Because if you dremel out a ton of the front of the bicep to give the Revo ball and forearm enough clearance to bend more than 90degrees, where does the band go aside from directly on top of the Revo joint?
