Are Toys a Durable or Nondurable Good?

No.10582617 View ViewReplyOriginalReport
Are toys a durable or nondurable good? When you think about it, toys are meant for children to play and with heavy play, can get broken easily. A lot of kids break their toys and need new ones almost a few weeks later. It is only with collectors that take care of their toys that they last so long. Some companies are known to be notoriously fragile, look at NECA joints snapping off or brittle brown LEGO bricks. I’m curious what /toy/ thinks and how this affects the toy market.
