I'd argue Revoltech, and probably even their newer stuff like Amazing Yamaguchi, but more the former. They all share those 'iconic' revolver joints over multiple original IPs and licensed ones. Figma likewise has a usually common form factor with their disc joints. It's hard to name most other companies or brands that have such a common form factor among their various toys. Maybe McFarlane as well, since most of their figures follow a common build/look, as opposed to say Hasbro where a Marvel Legends is built significantly different than how a Black Series is built.
