The whole point of the post was that he said he was in Target to buy other shit anyway, and so he saw Impulse for 7 bucks. I said he shouldn't be in a Target to buy anything because it's less expensive almost anywhere else, especially Walmart.
So walmart may not restock toys much but at least you might enter a walmart to get some kind of cheap deal on some food or something and see a toy. But you should never be in Target for any reason but toys.
