I contend that there will never again be an official Spawn figure as unimpeded, well-articulated (relatively, given McFarlane Toys), well-sculpted, and prolifically painted as MK11 Spawn ever again.
There may have been better before it, like that one extremely articulated collector's club exclusive. But this is about after.
With the way McFarlane is going with the Throne Spawn mold with comically large chains/inaccurate gauntlets, and the Batman + Spawn version that has a cape which makes the arms near useless, with paint becoming more costly to apply to figures by the day, I don't think McFarlane is heading in a direction that will be conducive to besting MK11, no matter if we want it or not.
