No one's selling them, but I guess you can buy their parts separately on bricklink based on their building instructions. They were made by DawnofNSSD, he used to have breakdowns of the techniques he's using and the basic structure of his MOCs on his Ko-Fi, but I can't find it now.
I guess text him on Twitter and ask for an invite to his discord server if you're interested.
