Get the hellblaster with the robo eye to use as a base, so you already have a partial scarring to start with, use the soder to add in a bunch more scars and mutilation, and then paint the rest in.

Your kind of better off just buying the currently available intercessors, as they'll be much cheaper than the rape prices, and pretty close to the original value of the 4 pack, and you can get some more variety, such as a hellblaster to give you a plasma cannon and pistol, and then the latest intercessor for a rifle, pistol, and chainsword, and then you grab one of the many sergeants or LTs for a power sword, red helmet, extra bling, etc. Unless you after the edge highlighting, then good luck finding it cheaper.
