I has a bootleg of a "lion transformer" i had as a kid and i found a picture of it but i see it's original toy but i still can't find a full name to google it further.

Can anybody tell me what is this thing? I assume it's some vintage japanese character. But the lion head is 100% what i had a s a kid.
