Roboutte guilliman is a great big dude in hella ornate armor, with a burning sword and all, but he's pretty heroic looking, so might not be what your looking for.
Boss fights studio has some good generic 4" (1:18 scale) fantasy figures, including evil knights, and mono colored knight bodies and armor sets for mixing and customizing.
Four horsemen has their mythic legion line for pretty much the same as above, only in 6" (1:12 scale).
