Looking for a toy I had as a kid around approx the year 2000. It was a muscley bro who was basically a huge head with bibs on (from what I remember). The bibs might have also been red but can't remember. He had a ponytail but I don't remember if it was hard plastic or actual strands. There was a trigger on his back that pulled down he would laugh for about 10 seconds. I remember him coming with guns also, which he could hold in his hand.

I thought maybe it was a McFarlene action figure or something, or some obscure Spawn character but I can't find anything, ANY IDEAS?
