Do good-quality Doctor Who toys or action figures exist?

Character Options has the rights to making Doctor Who figures, but I wouldn't call them good quality.

I think the biggest issue with Character Options is just how thick the paint is. The sculpts and likenesses are really good, but it's buried under insanely thick paint.

The figures are getting somehow worse than before, the hands won't stop falling off and the paint flakes. Nothing good of this show exists. Not even the show itself.

The aftermarket is fucked, and the toy line seems to only be surviving in a UK version of Wal-Mart.
