I remember as a kid wondering why there was never any ships or figures for The Last Starfighter. Being that it was the middle of the 80s, they were very aware of the money star wars toys had made.

At first guess it'd take building a carriage and cutting a hole in a rubber duck. How to get one that scales right enough might be an issue. I'm not sure what sizes rubber ducks come in but I bet you could make it work with enough searching.
