Its one of those classic toylines you read about and wish you could experience for yourself, like the Marx Johnny West toys. Similarly, going off the Back in Action pack they put out sometime ago, revivals of Big Jim and Pulsar could be fun. Pulsar especially since you could make a bunch of villains for him based on other organs or even diseases.
