Lots of artists exist who are extraordinary who never put heir shit online or/and never get popular.
Always makes me sad when i find out one of these people dropped out of doing artistic shit due to life
As for durability, most sealed paints handle well to frequent handling. Only hands, joints and the areas around joints would get damaged
And seriously, most toys already have amazing sculpts that are only seen as bad thanks to simplistic paint jobs. Not even a hundred bucks can get you some top tier paint job
