What is your favorite toy at the moment and why?
Mine is this Spawn movie figure, the unmasked as well. Really neat sculpt and love the shine the figure has to it. Gives off this gooey slim look that makes brain happy.

I got given this Spawn figure for Christmas the year the movie came out, and what was really wild was it was from my great aunt and uncle, so you wouldn't expect some older relatives, to buy something not really intended for a 7 year old. But The memory of sitting on the floor and opening the wrapping to find this figure inside is burned into my memory. Both that Aunt and Uncle passed away years ago and the house has long since been sold, but that figure still stands proudly on the shelf and every time I look at it I'm taken back to that exact moment. It may not be my favourite toy, but I'll always cherish it.

Thanks for sharing that anon, that’s a really nice memory. Not my picture because don’t have them anymore. My fond Christmas memory was getting these Batman and robin dolls. I played with them so much and sadly didn’t keep them. Maybe an eBay order is in order.

my mom constantly was trying to win that "be the batman" contest back then (probably since they advertised a lot of money could be won and my family has a history of gambling issues at the time) i got a ton of these guys as compensation/participation rewards as well as "worlds finest" vhs tapes since my mom was literally spamming them trying to win

I used to want this bad as a kid, but supply was limited in Europe, and the only one I could find was Chapel.
Sometime later I saw an ad for Overkill in a magazine and looked everywhere for it, but still couldn't find it. A few years ago, I finally managed to track it down.
As far as I'm concerned, it's in the top 5 McF releases and definitely better than the new one.
