Buzz was supposed to represent 60s Space men but also has the gimmicks of 90s superhero toys who were usually 8inches or so from what I remember. Either way 12in is plenty big enough to implement all of the gimmicks fans want.
>Age rating There's no way you could implement all of the gimmicks fans want while still being in a modern kids toy budget, it would have to be a collectors item.
