Is this worth it? Always wanted to collect the earlier series of reaction figures and this is probably the biggest lot I've ever seen

If you're happpy with the price and willing to pay it, then yeah go for it. I've got no idea what those go for now. I just vividly remember literally every single one of the figures clogging pegs at Toys R Us back in the day and not moving even when like $4 each lol

That's $50 per figure if you buy it now. I wouldn't pay $50 for a ReAction figure. Maybe Bruce the Shark, but the rest pegwarmed so hard.
If you want to avoid the hassle of the hunt, go for it, but I'm sure if you hold out you could get a better deal.

Why would you want to collect reaction figures? It's just low effort nostalgia cash in. These are no better than Pops. The only legitimate reason to want these is if you've been collecting the Kenner figures from the get go.

I think you can do better OP, but I am also ignorant with how much they go for now. Like others said they used to be on clearance for ~$4, which imo is a much more fair deal for their quality. I have spent a pretty penny for some figures, but if you are asking for /toy/'s advice on spending $500+ then your gut should be telling you its a bad deal.

these were over produced for retail, used to find these on clearance at places like barnes and noble just a few years ago. pass on these unless u want to get them graded and leave in a case. its not far fetched for super 7 to do these figures again for some sort of anniversary release

I only bought the Roger Rabbit ones. Because when else are we going to get Roger Rabbit figures? I only paid 10 bucks for each though, which is twice what they're worth really. No way would I ever pay 20.
