Is there a company that does paint apps better than NECA? I don't own a single one, but the paint on them always look super clean to me.

Mythic Legions have super nice paint, some of the best in the business, and it's applied much better than NECA.
JoyToy also does really good paint.
Honestly NECA's paint is generally pretty messy. You can be forgiven for thinking it looks great from the promos but if you get them in hand it's usually very thick and poorly applied.
