>>10666328>>10666390It was gonna be a 3D printed statue of Midna riding wolf link at like around 1/12 scale. I didn't have enough room for those big ass statues that are super expensive, and I wanted to have them right next to my Twilight Princess Link figma, in front of my Twilight Princess/Zelda manga as a little display. I paid to access a beautiful model and sent it to another guy to print it out for $50 dollars. Finding a painter was the fucking hard part. to assemble it/paint it. I found someone in Germant who charged like $600+ dollars, but bit the bullet and paid the shipping too because it's the only person I could find. She did a beautiful job for sure, but what happened was that when it arrived to me, the low-quality print broke off. Missing fingers at first, as well as the tail. Then it was what I initially thought was paint leaking. After talking to the painter, it was the actually 3D printed plastic still being liquid on the inside and leaking out and being super fragile. Eventually, Midna's head lost almost all of the paint job on half the face, and finally cracked open, spilling the liquid plastic and further dissolving the paint. Right now as it continues to degrade, I have no idea what I'm supposed to do with it other then throw it away or hide it in a place for me to regret and just buy a plushie or some shit. It was utterly amazing in the pictures I have of it before it was sent via international shipping. Minda is one of my favorite characters of all time period, so it's super heartbreaking.
