its def not official, probably from something like this, the main give away is how the s is just place ontop of the mold that clearly wasnt designed for the s. all of the kenner ones make room for the s in some form but if you wanna see for yourself just google kenner superman figures.

Bro, you didn't mention that there's a fucking swastika on there. Obviously it's not an American part. That does, however, narrow it down to an Asian country, probably - maybe it's originally from a cheaper Kamen Rider figure or something? The belt style looks familiar-ish.

Yea, the swastika along with what looks like kunai handles in the belt and that greeblie on the chest make it feel like it's some kind of Sentai/Toku Ninja based character. Maybe as the Power Rangers and Toku general threads and see if they recognize it.
