They still changed in the last 10-15 years. And they increased licensing. They seem to target older fanboys. But there was always an older audience with Playmobil.

None, really. Maybe the licensing of older, nostalgic properties is keeping them afloat, but I think there should be more focus on bringing younger audiences to the brand. Playmobil needs its own Ninjago, so to speak.

No, but the new sets for 2nd half 2023 and 1st half 2024 are nothing spectacular, just some random-ish sets of the Novelmore and Burnham factions.
iirc there are supposedly a couple more kingdoms mentioned in the web series (which I haven't watched). Maybe we could see one in the 2nd half of 2024...

You can order parts. I did it once for a christmas jesus birthplace set i lost some parts. And i ordered deer horns i could use for some OC i dodnt had a set.
