So basically I'm looking for a decent woody as a gift. The disney store one is not great, the signature collections one is out of stock and hunted by collectors. None are movie acurate.
Up until now the best I have seen is the fake copy of the signature collection for around 20+€
Are there any better options?

If being screen accurate isn't a dealbreaker, you could try hunting down a Revlotech Rapist Woody so they can one that's poseable.

Medicom have started preorders for their woody re-release which is as movie accurate as you can get (minus electronics) but is $300

it's something that's bothered me for years. And what really sucks is the original company that did Toy Story toys are fucking defunct. Mattel is currently the license holder which sorta sucks.

We're almost at the 30th anniversary but I highly doubt we're going to get a good movie replica line. I wish Chinese bootleggers/third party made an affordable replica accurate woody with all the phrases, but I doubt that's gonna happen.

The one with the full plush body is one of the closest but an eyebrow is a bit higher than in the movie. Some people use it for head swaps

get the old one that has actual fabric legs/torso and a string that makes him talk. it has peak sovl, and is also the most likely to actually come alive (and possibly murder you)

Same, I was disheartened the last time I went to a store for Toy Story figures. I remember how they used to be near perfect replicas of the movie, extremely articulated and sturdy. Now they've been replaced by cheap plastic shells that are twice the price.
