Got no enjoyment out of them and they were too big for me to display anywhere without them getting super dusty.
Clothes attract and holds dust like a motherfucker.

Switched to buying normal toys, which are 5x more fun and i buy Mezcos for when they do something nicer than Hasbro and Mafex.

Lol, was this some sort of pitiful attempt to flex on others here?? Not a lot of people like the 1/6 scale, much less normies stuff that HT seems to have leaned towards now.

HT LOOK cool, but once I actually thought about it, I knew I wouldn't like them, even if they weren't so expensive. I could buy 1 HT, or 3-15 really cool figures that I'd actually be able to play with. Like, I could buy the star wars TVC troop transport, a full contingent of storm troopers to fill it, a mandalorian to fight it, and still have money left over! Price isnt so much a deterrent due to quantity, but quality.

anyone Kang, the question is why. there's other toylines offering better articulation at a more convenient scale for less than half the price of a HT.
moreover, I still like playing with my toys and a big hot toys is just awkward to play with.

I have most of the OT Star Wars releases. They shifted focus during the BLM riots to pump out Landos, just like Hasbro did, after they had suddenly been focusing on Leia for the feminists at LFL. It took YEARS for them to reissue Bespin Luke who just came out months ago. And we're STILL waiting for Bespin Han, who was teased in images of the Bespin Leia that came out 3-4 years ago. All I want is Bespin Han. Otherwise I'm pretty much done with HT.

Nothing wrong with 1/6 scale. I actually like it even if the weight and clothing tend to make them more cumbersome to pose dynamically.

I just don't care for live action, which is all hot toys do, unless it's nu versions of spiderman costumes from vidya.

I have quite a few ThreeZero's which are really nice, along with a few old Medicom RAH figures, however most have deterioted and broken over the years.

Looking forward to Storms Kenshiro and GSCs Guyver next year.

If anyone here has any of the Jujutsu or Naruto TZ'd I'd love to see them as am considering getting into those as well.

Yeah but I don't display my figures the way they should and I can't justify buying these goofy characters I don't have any investment in. I own gaurdains stan lee (Loved that cameo with the watchers) and scarlet spiderman because I love that suit. But they're both sealed. You need a dedicated room/theater with enclosed glass shelves to display these properly.

I ordered the Feral Predator. After that though I can't really see myself getting another Hot Toys in the future, since I've always wanted a 1/6 Predator especially with HT's modern engineering. So I'm genuinely happy to finally close the book on that one.

They're pretty, sure, but they're glorified statues and they take a lot of space, and I don't know if it is just me but they feel very fragile and sometimes a little bit loose. I have a battle damaged Thanos, the Punisher War Machine and the recent Robocop with jetpack.

I bought the INart Aragorn premium for $500. I also own the asmus crown series that I bought for $275 sealed
