If you want it to be transparent you'd probably need something like latex and then just have the figure itself give shape to it
If you want a more traditional approach, you'll need a lot of sculpting and possibly just leaving an open area that you'd create a separate lid for to swap between visible interior and the outside
Or maybe you can just buy one of those cheap giant rubber snakes at the dollar store and just cut it open then shove a figure in there
