If Hasbro sold it themselves, at least the shipping would have been cheaper. I'd wager the unlock tiers would have been better too. I'd still have passed, but who knows if it would have succeeded? I've seen so many people comment how unneccessary this vehicle is to their collection, how much space it takes up, etc. It sucks as a diorama piece compared to a Cobra temple playset.

I was thinking they might just put it into production anyway… 1600 x $500 is still a lot of money. The exorbitant shipping fee would have covered packaging and handling as well. The think looked like a $40 hunk of plastic. The action figures would have been the most expensive part to produce.
