action figure subreddit has zero engagement. Every post has one copy paste bot comment about moderator announcements. Any discussion beyond that is limited to smarmy redditor hostility or "humor". Sometimes a dude tries asking direct questions in the comments and gets completely ignored by both OP and everyone else. Like all that matters is dumping the photo and getting upvotes instead of talking about toys
Anything that goes against the hivemind or consensus made by other comments gets downvoted and hidden or deleted. Criticism of anything isn't allowed. Bootlegs are recommended and encouraged. Nobody can pose, figures literally look ripped off the box and slapped on a table, all crooked and stiff, especially bad with imports. Bragging about deals or how much money your stuff is worth. Encouraging chargebacks and refunds for 1 minor paint scratch, not even actual QC defects, just welfarers trying for a free figure when it looks 1% different from the promos.
Discord is endless trannies and zoomers more concerned with grooming, egging, sex and lbgt talking, unfunny cringe memes, censorship of anything they deem problematic whether it's speech or the stuff you collect, etc etc
This place is shit but it's still so much better than the alternatives, it's actually depressing
