>>10799434I noticed that too and always felt it kinda strange as they don't even really talk about any kind of air crafts in the lore. I guess they really wanna stick to that whole dirty ground based feel of everything, and I'm honestly kind of fine with that. I always find toy aircraft are way bigger then needed, especially when they try to be real life accurate. Yea that 12" long jet is cool and all, but it's not really fun to play with when it can only sit a single figure and takes two hands and most of your desk space to mess with.
I'd rather my aircraft, and vehicles in general, be compact but able to interact with multiple figures at once. The old Cobra Firebats and Joe Ghost Hawks are perfect aircraft imo, small enough to swoosh about but still almost believable flight vehicles.
>>10799466I was wondering about that giant mech thing in the Annex line. The pictures don't really do a good job of explaining how it works or how many figures it can actually hold, if any. But knowing that it just partforms and is made of vinyl kind of killed any interest I had it it. Again, way too large an item to only interact with a single figure.
I also noticed the Desert Waterstrider costs the same as the Marine one, but comes with way less gear. Kind of surprising as I was almost tempted to switch my pre-order to the Desert Strider but decided not to because the Marine one is a better value. I already have the armor plates for both trucks, so I guess my Desert one will just be a support transport for my Scorpion Laurel.
Still need to get the Marine Trailer though.
