Thoughts on buying toys from franchises you don’t really know? For example I know a lot of people who bought the Fortnite figures just because of the fun character designs, but never played a lick of Fortnite. Is this weird or wrong? I know a lot of people will pick up figures especially if they’re supposed to be good even if unaware of the IP. Also I think it can sometimes inspire people to learn about that franchise, for example I found a good deal on the Storm Collectibles Baki recently and picked it up despite having never seen the show because I heard it’s a damn good figure. I’ve now started watching the show because I enjoy the figure. Anyways, just asking what peoples thoughts on the topic is.
