They had two Landos in Guard Disguise for every box of like 20 figs. Everything else was singles but two landos. In the end we would always end up with a wall of Landos and then have to box them up to make room if we wanted to put new figures out.
We had boxes of Landos that we could not give away if we wanted to.
So odds are some corporate idiot goes "we should make sure we have more of her in every box!" and voila! The cycle of crap continues.
