Here's what I've done:
On the girl:
The bikini is made from elastic cord and yellow microfiber fabric glued in areas with fabric glue.
Harpoon gun is made from 6" Jyn Erso's gun, parts from 4" Jyn Erso's modular rifle, metal tube from a non-sharp syringe, the anode/cathode legs of an LED buld and a bit of shrink tubing.
Oxygen tank is made from a cut foam nerf dart wrapped in shrink tubing with a small cell battery attached to a small nut and bolt assembly to simulate a gauge.
The straps for the oxygen tank are made from flattened elastic cord that are threaded through a zip tie management mount and finished off with tiny metal buckles I picked up from AliExpress.
The watch is made from shrink tubing and the brass face glued on. It was some small brass assembly most likely a cable/wifi antenna thing.
The swimming fins are made from hotglue which was flattened with a fabric iron, cut to shape and then wrapped in yellow adhesive vinyl. Then trimmed with strips of black adhesive vinyl. The center black line on the fin is the cut end of a zip tie. The pocket for the feet were made from shrink tubing which was molded into her foot shape with some heat. I glued it on but I still had to use small black rubber bands to hold it in place.
On the ground from the left:
A welding torch made from the 2nd part of 4" Jyn Erso's modular rifle, a metal tube from a syringe, a resistor I had lying around, some heat shrink tubing and I forgot where that smoking pipe shaped thing came from. I managed to get a tiny LED threaded to the tip which lights up blue.
A Magic Wand made from a toothpick, metal tube from a syringe and a red craft bead from the craft store. The handle was painted using black and gold acrylic paint.
A torch made from a 3.5mm headphone jack plug with the flame made from hotglue painted orange and yellow.
