hurts they won't re-release these. The prices are insane. You'd think some company would jump on this and sell em for 20 a piece and wreck the market.

I dont think they are better. But i like them for being “delux“ Battle Beasts. And they fit with changing the gimmick. Heat sensitive stickers -> visual lense -> shooting a dice.

the technology of today they could re-create the molds. 3D scanning and so on. Playmates has done it, Transformers has done that several times, as well as modifying some for use of new parts/safety standards. They would need the original toys though, which may be an issue as well.

they kind of sucked and i guess thats what hasbro thought
even as a huge battle beast fan I only bought a couple, too much of the sculpt is dedicated to the dice gimmick, they should have been hand-held launchers

I don't think so. The series released in 2012 while Hasbro would localize Cross-fight B-Daman a year later. Maybe they thought the dice gimmick was too similar to B-Daman, and didn't want competing toylines.
