the soft plastic on my lugnut and blitzwing suffered the absolute worse plasticizer leak. I would advise against it. Damn I wouldn't mind a generations style animated blitzwing done proper and that t30 one that was absolute crap.

shit like calling BWII Thrust's upgraded form 'Thustol' for years is just incompetent
but even when they can actually transliterate text they'll make seemingly inexplicable and apparently personally charged choices that dilute the meaning
for example, the yellow primus vanguard member should not have been called 'splendid'. same with green 'tender' convoy. there are a couple ways you can go but the words they picked imply character traits not necessarily intended by the Sakamoto

I checked when they fixed that and instead had to notice a time when they had to rework an entire section of character bio because they were painting the character as a lazy slacker because the guy who wrote the page.. saw Thrust sitting down once.

What's weird for me is I never really notice hollow bits until people point them out to me. I ended up getting gap fillers for Tigerhawk because of it and he actually looks great now. Here the gaps I don't even really notice them when I look at him. I just want the preorder to go up because I'm pretty sure this wave is due to hit like next month.

That random yard sale was great. Shame I had to buy the whole lot or no deal, but at least I got plenty of good things:

-MP Exhaust
-MP Road Rage
-SS86 Hot Rod (already own one, but this one has a flawless deco, I could never find one in the wild with non-scuffed chest flames).
-Siege Prowl (head donated to dying Prowl
-K. Inferno (head donated to Hauler, not sure what to do with the rest of him, yet)
-Selects Magnificus (donated gun to my Magnificus, will use the head for future use)
-Gamer Optimus Prime
-Broken Sixgun (head donated to a spare Chromar, I'll call him Sixbomber now, most of it will go to the trash, but the jet/torso is still goof so I can give it to others as a jetpack)

Most figures had all their accesories as well.

It's been a while since I've done any on site toy photo shoots. Been wanting to do universal for a while, I have a pass so I can visit whenever I have a spot of free time. That thigh gap is ridiculous. Also the feet sculpt was way better in the oginal and the thumb was posable, looked way better as bird claws in beast mode.

They should have just used the same transformation of the original with added joints to move the wings in the show accurate position.

Honestly one of the better eps I liked the subplot where Ratchet really got into making the kids' science project. Also wish he got a new figure the original was pretty good but the deco on both versions were so bland. Save us 3p.

Waited all day for single rider to open up to do Mario kart. Unfortunately it's a bit of wait. On a good day I can do it 2-3x. Hoping Hollywood gets the expansion too to be on par with Japan and Florida not sure how due to the limited space but would be nice to get.

I also have zero knowledge of Rescue Bots but Chase is pretty neat. Strong proportions, cool muscle car altmode, decently posable(do be aware he does have the Hotrod shoulders though, if that's a dealbreaker for you), really clever leg transformation. I'd say if you want a good not-Brave guy to dispense justice you could do a lot worse. Also that's not a faceplate, he just has an exaggerated Bulkhead jaw

that's a Commandwolf, but it's TINY. and its thigh armor is the wrong color. The gun's missing, and either the tail is missing, or it's down between his legs (i'd be scared in that big crowd too and i'm not even a puppadog). but anyone who had zoids has extra commandwolf guns, so that's not a problem.. but again, it's tiny. there's no way that's even close to the real size. yeah, where the outwards movement is actually in the torso instead of the actual shoulder. limits articulation in some weird ways but it can be worked around. Pistol would have been nice to round out his loadout, but he does have those arm things which I guess are blasters? they're blast effect compatible. Also you can unplug the two claw-fingers from the base of the capture claw and give him a double barrel Megaman arm blaster if you like

Kek, you just pointed the two things that look worse to me. The skirts just doesn't work for me, look really dumb with that shape. The sculpt of the head is super rough and the wings that should be part of it are now a nightmarish floating headless torso behind it.

ehhh it happens a lot, and having built some lego mechs, I can tell you exactly why: shoulder joints are fucking hard to make. The good lord probably went through six or seven iterations before he got one with any decent flexibility. it's a ball and socket, which can ideally RAISE because it's on hinges created by the clavicles and scapulae.. but even without that part, how do you hold the socket in place? For a toy, it's hard as fuck. In order to not just snap off, it needs something on TOP of the shoulder, which ruins the look (see also the new neca toon april o'neil figure)
And if you want more shoulder-junk sitting on top? Forget about it. they're getting pushed down to make room

also just to be pedantic, the original Landsaur did not have a truncated torso. his tail was small, and his head was small (though it felt proportional unlike the clearly-scaled-down Legacy one), but the torso was about right.

I didn't say it looked better, I said the old head, while smaller, seemed like it was fitting. Due to it being kind of an oldtimier dino. but having looked at it again, the snout is shrunk.
new one is definitely amazing in some areas, just ever so disappointing in others. a theropod should not be able to knee himself in the armpits. he's got too much belly and not enough chest.

I saw Rescue Bots, and yeah, his arm-mounted thingies are just lamps lmao. It's actually pretty cute, the other three all just have their lights built into their chests/shoulders, but Chase always has to hold his arm out like he's holding a flashlight lolol.
And yeah, the energon weapons were randomly introduced in S2 with no explanation; they can now just randomly summon energy tools if they so wish. It's pretty unobtrusive as toy gimmicks go though, I'd say.

What are you talking about? I've knwon about them since long before Harry Potter was a thing (a pair of them supposedly pulls Apollo's sun chariot across the sky in Greek mythology), and as far as I know, they've always had bird talons on the front and horse hooves in the back. They're the result of a union between a mare and a gryphon - supposedly a symbol of an impossible love, given that gryphons supposedly enjoy hunting and eating horses - and they are essentially a more docile version of a Gryphon with the predatory cat bits swapped out for horse bits instead. The only thing off about the Harry Potter movie's portrayal is the lack of horse ears on the head.

it's.... glittery. look closely. and test yours gently to see if it might be flaking off (maybe underneath the abdomen where nobody can see)

I know Hasbro was never gonna tool a new chest for him, but it never won't be stupid when two different characters have the exact same battle damage. Though the existence of this set at all is incredibly stupid. With Tidal Wave revealed for 2024, I have no clue what the 2025 Titans class will be.

Who else could they do that would get fans to buy figures at a that price?

Maybe for the next three years of Generation Prime toyline they should lay off Titans class for two Commander class figures?

The only other option I see is going back to how they did Devastator and Predaking for WfC Titans Class with a whole combiner team.

Different ships, Quint ship, Axalon, Darksyde and Metroplex, I'd be impressed to see grandus, I feel like they couldn't do it right though, probably would make his normal base mode a squat dwarf mode like cyber plex.

I kept a good number of my original G1 and BW stuff, by my Hero Prime is perhaps my favorite that survived. He was the first toy I "bought" myself (was given some chores and paid for them, had the money saved for me until I had $10 or whatever it was then). A friend crushed one of his ICBMs many years ago but his other one is intact and still fires when you slam the pump.

I don't dislike any of them to object. Just looking at Surgez though, I wonder if keeping the visibly distinct parts of animals of Fuzors is required. The tail section keeps the greenish yellow of the center, but the head seems to not do that.

that is odd. a few of the other fuzors kinda had confusing color-blocking too, Bantor and Sky Shadow come to mind. Like aside from the wings, it's hard to tell exactly what part of Sky Shadow is insect... he's more fused than most, I think.

Besides Tidal Wave's two repaints (game+SuperLink), I just want Animated Omega Supreme. He and Tidal Wave are the only two titan classes I would ever want in my life.

Don't really have enough major appearances nor character focus for me to care much, even if their big setpiece moments in the WfC/FoC games helped.

Former was barely shoehorned in at the end of the show so got little to no focus, and same but worse goes for the latter; would only care for SL Omega Supreme for his spacetrain mode and Optimus combination, but even then I don't see him as a Titan. Don't think he'd sell at Commander, so at most a hollow leader.

I would've loved the Ark or Nemesis as hollow playsets, but I do NOT need an expensive and heavy Titan shoehorned into it's design.
