>>10906414eBay definitely has some rigged shit going on, either clearly favoring sponsored listing or simply doing weird shit.
I was selling a Mint on Card DC Direct Vertigo toy, perfect card, for the idiots that want that, and I priced it, with shipping, at the middle of all the listing.
When I was logged in and searched for my own listing, it didn't come up. I even switched around search terms for the one that came up the most as the "best match(es)" and still no luck. Not logged in did slightly better IF I SORTED by price AND looked at all the listings. Most people won't do all that.
I finally sold it and cleared about $20 in profit, even after shipping and the fees, but I'm not happy that it took six months.
If I were a business and flipping (or wanting to/trying to) flip a lot of stuff a month, I might be annoyed but as it stands, I'm not really complaining too much.
>>10907661If you're selling toys, those are expensive ones for that much gross income on that number of listings.
>>10908093>they always take more than what I end up calculating.I was annoyed to find out that they calculate their cut BASED ON THE amount paid for the TOY, plus the TAX PAID, PLUS THE SHIPPING FEE.
They should only take a cut on the price of the item, not on the tax, etc.
