Figures in this hobby are pretty much never going to be flawless regardless of price, but I feel like quality control is getting worse across the board lately. If a QC issue is minor, usually I'll hyperfocus on it for a few days or try to fix it with paint before putting it in the back of my mind. Something more severe like picrelated or a break right out of the package, I'd go out of my way to return. I tend to feel the worst about damage that happens on my watch like scuffs from shelf diving.
