Importantly, the resin I use is a blend of Resione's Anti-Impact and M70, which provides a nice fleshtone and is also extremely resistant to friction damage on the joint sockets. It's a bit of a bitch to print though so I'd advise starting with test prints of a cheaper and more "beginner friendly" resin before jumping in at the deep end.
One big word of advice- before assembling with the joints, make sure the resin is COMPLETELY clean and cured, with NO leftover resin goop in any sockets. Uncured resin WILL cause plastic to become brittle.
